Our origins

L’Erbolario was founded in 1978 as a small, artisan herbalist shop in Lodi. The company’s founders, Daniela Villa and Franco Bergamaschi, were a young couple who shared a passion for herbalism.

Drawing on ancient herbal traditions, we use modern technology to create innovative, high-performance, natural origin cosmetics.

All of our phytocosmetics are formulated and prepared at our production site immersed in the greenery of the Adda Sud Natural Park, just outside Lodi.
