Our phytocosmetics are 100% Made in Italy, formulated and prepared at our sole production site in Lodi, in accordance with the guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice - GMP.
L’Erbolario has never outsourced any stage of its production process to other countries, particularly those in which human rights and fundamental workers’ rights are violated, child labour is practised, or semi-slave conditions exist.
The processing of our phytocosmetics takes place at our production site immersed in the greenery of the Adda Sud Natural Park, just outside Lodi: here, the Extracts Laboratory and the Research & Development Laboratory select the finest ingredients to formulate highly effective products; the Production and Packaging departments transform these raw materials into finished products, and from our Logistics Hub the goods are shipped to our Clients all over the world.
Just as we follow every stage of the life cycle of our products within our company walls, we want to provide the same level of care once they reach our customers’ homes. That is why we have decided to keep our Customer Service department in-house, with a team of female staff members who work closely with the various departments and are always available to handle a wide range of requests in a competent and friendly manner.
