Our production site is located in the heart of the Adda Sud Natural Park and covers a green area of around 200,000 square metres, home to over 30,000 plants, including trees, shrubs and wild herbs.
This space has become a true nature reserve, with a perimeter surrounded by hedges that, together with the rich vegetation, create ecological corridors essential for local wildlife such as squirrels, foxes, birds of prey, roe deer and badgers.
The botanical garden
In our botanical garden, we cultivate Althaea, Wormwood, Marigold, Tarragon, Echinacea purpurea, Iris, Hyssop, Lavender, Mallow, Lemon Balm, Mint, Rosemary and Sage — medicinal plants that we transform into extracts and distilled waters. These are unique and special ingredients in our cosmetics, thanks to the work carried out in our Extraction Laboratory, located just a few metres away.
Organic farming
Since 2005, we have taken another important step forward by adopting organic management practices for all the farmland owned by our company and obtaining ICEA certification (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). This certification confirms that all our agricultural activities, with the exception of a small ornamental section of the garden managed through integrated farming techniques, are conducted according to organic principles and meet high sustainability standards.
Our commitment to the local area
Our vision goes beyond simply producing cosmetics: we aspire to be guardians of nature and its delicate balance. We are convinced that companies can and must play an active role in protecting the environment, creating a sustainable future that respects biodiversity.

That is why we have chosen to maintain a deep connection with our local area and its biodiversity, a commitment we reaffirmed by joining the Adda Sud Park Brand. Through this initiative, we aim to contribute to the promotion of the Lodi area, ensuring that the entire Park becomes a valuable resource for all companies that wish to be part of it.
In 2024, we converted the approximately 5,000 m² ornamental lawn at our Logistics Hub into a wildflower meadow by planting species that attract pollinators, to be mown once a year.
We also launched a spring restoration project on an area of around 16 hectares within L’Erbolario’s property and adjacent to the production site, aimed at attracting amphibians and migratory birds and protecting the Knipowitschia species (Orsinogobius punctatissimus), a fish endemic to northern Italy and currently at risk of extinction.
Additionally, we have installed 8 nesting boxes in the green area surrounding our facility, providing shelter for wild honeybees, without any beekeeping management. Should one or more swarms decide to settle there, we will monitor their vitality without interfering with their natural activity or harvesting honey or combs.
