To prepare the herbal tea pour boiling water into a cup (approx. 150 ml), place 1 filter sachet in it and let it stand for 8-10 minutes. Cover the cup so that the more volatile substances are not dispersed. Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon.
