Take 2-3 cups of herbal tea a day.

To prepare the herbal tea, pour boiling water (about 150 ml) in a cup, put in a filter sachet and leave in for 5-8 minutes. Cover the cup to avoid losing the most volatile substances. Before removing the filter sachet, press it gently with a teaspoon.

Use one sachet per cup. The infusion obtained can be enjoyed as is or sweetened to taste.
