Black Juniper

LATIN NAME: Juniperus communis
PROPERTIES: invigorating and refreshing

This evergreen shrub, which is native to the Mediterranean region, features long, pointed leaves and aromatic berries known as ‘galbulus’. These berries change colour from green to black-blue before reaching full ripeness. Our Laboratories have obtained a glycerine extract from these small, ripe fruits, which has invigorating and moisturising properties, as well as a distilled water with toning and astringent properties.
